Eat in Alignment with Nature
You are a unique individual and have your own nutritional needs.
But here are some principles I focus on:
1. Get a diversity of food-aim for 30 different plants per week
2. Fill at least half your plate with fruits and veggies.
3. Concentrate on whole, unprocessed foods.
4. Notice how you feel after eating certain foods, write it down if that is helpful.
5. Slow down and enjoy what you eat. Allow yourself a little treat once in a while.
Healthy Habits
Connect
Make space each day to step outside and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, with your family, and with the world around you. Even a few minutes of fresh air can ground you, reset your mood, and remind you of what matters.
Breathe
Use intentional breathwork to calm your mind and center your energy. A few slow, deep breaths can shift you out of stress and into clarity, helping you respond to life instead of reacting to it.
Move
Move your body in ways that feel enjoyable and sustainable. Whether it’s a walk, yoga, dancing in your kitchen, or a full workout, choose movement that energizes you and supports your long-term well-being.
